Order tracking

Every order ships with tracked delivery. Once your parcel has actually been sent, we email you a tracking code so you can follow it to your door.
When your tracking code arrives
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and shipped, not when it is placed. Please do not contact us right after ordering to ask for your tracking number: we only receive the code once the package has been sent, no sooner.
In practice, the "your order has now been shipped" email lands 48 to 96 hours after you purchase.
Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days to arrive across the USA.
Tracking your parcel
Use the tracking code from that shipping email with the courier named in it. If the code is not showing anything yet, give it a day: codes often go live only after the first depot scan.
Cannot find the email?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, get in touch with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend the code and chase the courier for you.
